20fhr is great to have on telebowa always since it does help for tele under mind blast or any type of swirl on your head

GC can be good on telebowa for higher max damage and ar. But I'm a fan of higher life so I usually use sc.
GC can be very good for budgety inventory since 10/low ar/around 35 life is dirt cheap

Not really needed vs caster but vs physical matchup yes it's good to double up.
