its one attack, its not a physical and elemental part you retard. There is no splash damage on cold arrow, it doesn't shoot an extra projectile like lightning fury, it just adds and converts cold damage
its either completely blockable or completely unblockable, and i'm not going to tell you which

now which is it. blockable, or unblockable

come on this is basic knowledge and you have a 50:50 shot
