Stat Placement

Dex: Enough for max block with gear on/your gear.
Str: Enough for gear.
Vita: All remaining stats go here.
Nrg: You are not a sorceress.


Skill Placement

You have all the lenience in the world as long as you adhere to these guidelines: Max your dodges (or at least 15 base for each)
The tele zon poison build allows you to not be restricted by your physical damage, and to venture out and explore your other possibilities.
Here are my exact skills:
15 dodge
15 avoid
15 evade
20 valk
11 critical
16 guided

Justification:
My valk is lvl 35 and does as much damage in one hit as a glass cannon's 6-7k guided arrow, if not more. My valk also comes with almost 4k life, and shares my passive skills (refer to Arreat Summit for Valkyrie details: http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/skills/amazon-passive.shtml)
Telly zons have many more + skill items to choose from, and I can rest with 15 base dodges. (although maxed dodges on a telly zon are nearly insane)
I chose to try and max ga because of the mana toll that amounts after firing arrows at 7fps, and also to back my poison damage with a non-negligible physical damage. (815-1761 physical damage with mat bow faith, 615-2585 physical damage with grand matron bow faith)
11 critical base gives me over 70%+ chance of doubling my base physical damage.

(This is all of course assuming everyone can reach lvl 90 without much struggle and that after your quests you will be left with: 460 total stats/101 skills)

amulet: 2zon/str/dex/life/resists;  atmas;  cat's eye

weapon: faith mat;  faith gmb

armor: nigma

belt: arachs;  verdungoes;  fcr crafted belt

gloves: kb crafted gloves;  clegaws;  dracs

boots: 30frw/str/dex/30+@res

ring#1: 250/20 raven

Ring#2: fcr/dex/life/@res;  fcr+;  str/dex/life/mana/@res

on switch

weapon: Wizard Spike "um'd"

Shield: Storm Shield (7fhr/8dex/30fire res/-15Req jewel);  spirit;  hel'd storm shield

(you can socket your helm with 15ias/15@res, or 15ias/40% enhanced damage jewels. The goal for your build is to reach the 99% fcr bp with your wizard spike out on switch, to reach 7fps arrows with your faith mat bow and 8fps with your faith gmb [45% ias with a 14+fanat lvl faith], to maintain maxed resists with or without your bow out, and to customize your zon's equipment to fit your style. I've listed several options under most of the gear choices, the first in every category is what I personally use, but there are obviously more choices out there, just experiment!)


Inventory

20/20 zon torch
20/20/x anni
29-37x 175/20 (psn/life)
0-8x 5/5 (frw/@res)

(5/5's can be used whether or not you chose to use 40/15 jewels or 15/15 jewels)
(The power of the 175/20 comes from the psn time and the life granted: 175psn over 6 seconds + 20 to life, compared with a 451psn over 12 seconds small charm. Double 175 to match the 451's psn timer, and you realize that you trade 101psn damage for +20 life. Say you use 8x 5/5's, this means with 29x 175/20's you trade 2929psn for 580 life + enigma's 5% to life = 609 life. The choice is yours, but the math speaks for itself, 175/20's are brutal--->29x175=5,075psn dmg over 6 seconds, 10,150 over 12!!!)

Also using a 20fcr/30frw/2os circ, and hitting around 165 fr/w w/ cat's eye (mass stacked resists, still..) with dracs or clegs or gales (ow, or slow, or 7fps w/ diamond)
