Currently running maxxed multi and alot of points in impale for closeup fighting. Havn't really tried strafe yet at all. But mana runs out quite quick with multishot this way :D
There's different variant ran by ceejay. I learned a lot from him and hes not on here too often so I can answer for him a little. He will chime in later. You can do telebowa with cs on jav side too.
Multi is either 24 arrows or max. Just need to be mindful when spamming multi and you should be fine even for a long duel. Try to get mana on the rings but I never do.
Impale is a 1 point wonder. I wouldn't put more than 1 since the point can be used much better on other skills. Impale and strafe are both banned in notable tourneys but who cares about those right haha I still use impale vs non ias based chars or zvz when other zon is using too. Strafe is epic for casters and trappers since you can shoot while getting hits uninterrupted.
The favorite part of playing telebowa for me is locking with guided then stomp to strafe while multi GAs chasing them. Such a satisfying feeling haha
