For ES sorcs the helm would probably be a better choice. But for normal sorcs yeah thats what I'm thinking +3, 25 fcr, all those belt mods. Pretty sexy.

This kid was really fucking bad, I wouldn't use anything he suggested. Not to mention that the enigma build isn't really viable on east since we duel in Hell not nightmare
