Not a terrible option, helps you hit a couple bps with more ease, it's just not as good for phys dmg telly zons as 3os 20fcr or 2zon/20fcr/2os++ circs. + I like having mass resists.

Also using a 20fcr/30frw/2os circ, and hitting around 165 fr/w w/ cat's eye (mass stacked resists, still..) with dracs or clegs or gales (ow, or slow, or 7fps w/ diamond)
