Str : Enough to Reach 156 Str
Dext : Nothing, this is non-block sorc.
Vita : Nothing, this is ES Sorc, meaning 95 % of your life is your mana.
Ene : Everything, as explained, your mana is your life.
IV. Skills.

20 Ice Blast
20 Blizz
20 Cold Mastery
20 Telekinesis

1 Orb
1 Tele obviously
1 Warmth
Any Extra In Glacial

V. Achievement.
Well, your Sorc should looks like this :
105 Fcr - 86 Fhr - 1k+ Life - 4k+ Mana - 12k-14k Blizz Dmg ( Depends on lvl ( 92 to 99 ) ) - 255% Cold Pierce ( Main Setup ).
This is impressive, isnt it ?
All in All it is very effective in practice.
VI. Duelling.
Well the strategy is up to you but I'll give you an overview...
Vs Sorc
Lights & Colds : Play Off. Tele around and wait the right opportunity to NameLock Blizz + Tele + Cast and Spam Ice Blast. Usually they are free kills.
Fires : Play Def. They got huge advantage char. Blizz yourself when they are going to Namelock You. Use " North Spam " Trick to Hurt them. Try Your luck.
Vs Pala
Hammers : Use 3/20 Circle + Doom instead Of Nw + Df to Break their Synchs. Walk instead of tele. If they play Def, play Off. If they play Off play Def. You shouldnt loose vs Hammers, they are many ez.
Smiters : Use 3/20 Circle + Doom instead Of Nw + Df to Break their Synchs and slow them. Tele around and cast blizz. Those duels are like " the cat and the mouse ". Until they don't use mass stack / mass abs, you should take the advantage here.
Fohs : Play Very Off. Namelock Blizz + Tele + Cast and Spam Ice Blast, repeat if they escape. they shouldnt make probleme.
Vs Nec
Bone : Play Off. Namelock Blizz + Tele + Cast and Spam Ice Blast. Bang Bang they'are dead.
Psn : Play Defwhore. 1 Nova and you are 1 Life Down. Avoid them, and try to Namelock Blizz. Try your luck.
Vs Ama
Bowy : Usually they are One Shoot Kill ( @ Pubs ) but decent one's will actually tank you out. here, it's all about your Namelock Capacity. The better Namelock you got, the better chance you have to kill them. it's 50:50 there, the more skilled will success.
Java : Tele Java will Ez You if they know what they are doing. I suggest to play Def there.
Vs Baba
Blizz yourself, spam Ice Blast. Tele Around and Namelock Blizz. 2 Ways to win Baba. You choose !
Though Godly Bvc will be hard. The key is to be patient.
Vs Dudu
Windy : For Ele Druids just Blizz yourself and if They have Wolves use Glacial then switch to Ice Blast.
Meta : They should never hit you !!!
Vs Assa
All kinds of Assas are Hard. Especially WW sins cause 1 Hit = 1 Life Down and then MB = Auto Death. You can only Play Defwhore.
