yes, obedience can get 75 with andy's 15ias and treachery. and so does ertoll with 15ias / guill 15ias/ treachery.

but ertoll's stats beat obedience by far.


in theory, and its asumed by decre have been trigged..and its not 100% of the time..

if you think it doesn't procc constantly, you never tried it. it works both in theory and in practice.

i did try it and stil use it on my druid..(retired)
