ive made this build at europe nl
just with 142 fhr so i use 5/17 instead of life mana --- that explains my low life
this is a 94 es sorc which can deal almost every enemy, just some high dmg sorcs with almost the same mana are a problem
you can reach 5k mana easily with this build with no investment

mana boots have 4x mana / 5 inc and 8* 3x lifed sks
