also bui have you tried just using ed/ar/str jewels, are they still better than 40/15+ber? 28 ed/59 ar/9 str jewels cost like 60 each on east so they're very available lol, or you can use the 30 ed/9 str/9 dex/3 rep jewels instead if that's your thing.

/e I'm pretty sure rare javs are much more common east. I saw you guys on europe have one 4xx ias eth rep mat pair which goes for 30k... oO, I even have a ed/30 ias eth rep pair of stygians and I don't even have a zon atm lol!

if you didn't put a single point in str then you can get bug with scarab, and you can wear it with 2x9 strjewel circ and ring. you just need to flash your ring and circ

But titans ain't so bad , i think u need 250 + ed on some rare matris for them to overtake perf titans in terms of raw damage, and titans has 20 str 20 dex 30 frw and +2 to passives ( which may give u another % of critical strike ), so altho super gz rare javs are better, im contempt with titans while these javs are still 30k + on our realm ^^

Edit: With base ias tho, u do have more flexibility to use stuff like diamond bow swaps for ow on bow slot or summin
