If you don't have teleport, don't expect to kill much legit.

Can't imagine how. You're not doing much lf damage and 30frw.

So no teleport or dr. Wouldn't last long in any pubs I have been in.

Yo im pretty sure the IAS BP for ceremonial/mat javs is 100% and that when you put your JMOD on you are going back down to 95% ias and not hitting your BP at all. Unless I am wrong and 95% IS the breakpoint which would make a huge difference in my strategy.
