i mean this:
Chance to Hit: 100 * AR / (AR + DR) * 2 * alvl / (alvl + dlvl)

where AR = Attack Rating of Attacker; DR = Defense Rating of Defender; alvl = Level of Attacker; dlvl = Level of Defender.

Point of posting ar formula?

Hm well it's not going to be a 10 dex diff from just 2 levels so maybe the s/s I posted was wrong or something? I made it in like a min on open since someone requested it xD. All the s/s's on page 1 are ofc correct but I dunno about the tmight one tbh would need to log onto d2 to check.

the more level you are the better chance you'll hit the enemy

so isn't it obvious to be lvl99 ?

nah..you be good at 93 or 96 but 96 is better cuz u get ur max all ur skills.

you can get 99 if you want lol.
