What about Obedience in eth thresher/giant thresher as a replacement for Reaper's?

it's a viable alternative, but reaper's is cheaper, has an os, and is by far better.

i think you are wrong. obe is way cheaper than eth r toll.. and do same dmg if not more..

Obedience is a rw, r toll is a unique, so the price is very much realm-dependent. And ertoll does more damage after decrep procs. Plus, the lower enemy damage, slow, etc.

realm-dependent, i think not. cuz obe is cheap anyway. r toll is rare item ( yes i know its uniqe. but rare to find) so price gets higher than low rune obs. btw et toll is not good for necro..

True, Obedience is a superb - and very cheap - runeword. You only have to pay for the eth polearm, as you can easily find the runes yourself. And in pure destructive force it's more than a match for Reaper's Toll.
However, it is not recommended for physical-damage characters as there is no helpful decrepify to remove immunities for you.
It is recommended for characters with magic/elemental damage who wish to support a huge-dam mercenary (Obedience eth thresher, Guillaume's, and Forti/Treachery depending on the target area).

also CB from Obe good for bosses.
