With the 8fpa setup, its not necessary to have that extra 20 ias, ur still going to have 8 fpa either way. The 25% slow helps against other zons/non casters. Personally i like the 20 ias/kb/stat gloves.

With 14-15 fanta diamond faith
8030 coa
20 ias/stat/kb gloves
cats eye

thats 70 ias and more than enough required to hit the 65 ias bp on diamond faith to hit 7 fpa.

is the 7fpa bp is the last one ?

db ( 15 fana ) + 8030coa +cat eye + 20ias glove = 7bp
gm bow ( 15 fana ) + 8030coa + cat eye = 8bp
wich is the best

considering ull loose the 25slower on 7bp setup

if u zvz, ull need the max ias, but u wont it hit unless you have 20ias glove but if u have them, you wont slow him
so if u hit the other zone with the gmb setup, he will come at the same bp as you ( 8bp ) becuz of the 25% and ull do more dmg, since ur using gm bow
BUT maybe you wont have the time to hit him, i mean.. if his ias>your, you wont have the time to shoot and slow him due of fhr

about zvc = u dont need the max bp
about zv melee = u will need the max ias but u also need the 25%

and yes we do forget about those guys, because they usually die to this build anyways. This zon survives in all situations much more than ur average zon.
