you should use hoto/spirit all the time, but it doesn't hurt to keep:
20/20 monarch
30/30 crystal
facet ravenlore

in your stash, as swap gear against some chargers/barbs/etc. It really, really helps in some duels, where they don't have enough stacked resists, and its not easy to grizzly them

i took the time to read through all of your guide which is basically written really really good, BUT fact for me is still that such a character does not stand a slight chance vs good duellers, im sorry

That could easily be a fact for you.
A shaman takes a great deal of skill to use properly, and would not stand a chance against good duelers without a good dueler behind it.

Fortunately, it works amazingly well when you've mastered it, and indeed can beat those 'good duelers' with ease

its true though
@tasme, its viable for sure at least in (eu)d2pk thanks to buffed fire synergies, however I wouldnt say that its as good as this guide makes it seem to be
saying that "A shaman is easily the most versatile PvP character, as strong as any cookie cutter and with no bad matchups" is just bullshit imo, but its not horrible either
