He should use Drac's and an LT wand.

I have done hundreds of uber runs, imo enigma is great option if you care about speed. You easy stack resists in charms.
I can easy pwn 3 ubers with ut in 3 minutes.

Ring1: Rare +20 STR ring ideally with res and/or Life or a BK
Ring2: Ravenfrost

Is another type of build. I'd like to hear your opinions about it- especially the difference between having Coh and Fortitude. Is it more or less a matter of taste?

I've done build #2, even without perfects it gets you through ubers easy.
Never experienced major problems to be honest. Life can be a bit tricky sometimes, but thats just a matter of pots.
( and not getting swamped with minions ) and then wait till lifetap kicks in.
I can recommend this for people who are thinking about doing uberruns for the first time.

Gloves: 20 IAS, Crushing blow, mods crafted gloves (The 20 ias is a MUST, otherwise, your smite speed will be lowered to 7 fpa. The CB will lead you around 100% -- Life, dex or resistance can be nice adds when looking for a pair)
