EIAS = [120*ias/(120+ias)+sias-wsm]

{} = ceiling

Quick answere is:
U need 75.

Ias needed = {(120*(61-0+-15))/(120-(61-0+-15))} = 75

U can control check that with:
EIAS = [120*75/(120+75)+0- - 15 = 61
FPA = {16*256/[256*(100+61)/100]}-1 = 9

I've a MH : Runic Talon fools claw with 30 base IAS + 15IAS jewel so it's like : claw-30 -30ias mod -15 ias jewel = 75 with a chaos offhand runic talon, if I do that i'll have 9 fpa right?
