Let friend join with hld hammer or smt.
Now let noobs join in, ur rushed character stays Town the entire time and gets all the quest the party does. Just change act when they do. Talk to cain when needed etc.

Do same for nm and hell. Then join chaos runs until lvl 60. Get help with ancients and go for baal runs.
