Well, i've never tried it. iLDuendo seems to have experience, so i would at least try it if it wasn't too expensive. Ap Fortitude and Andy face is at least the best options for armor and helmet.

A CV has good damage but hits slow. Insight does help with mana but you can solve mana and hp issues by flashing redemption aura (1 pt) after kills

As you know, Hdins battle with wave 2 and either need to use holy bolt or a merc
The reaper merc hits them harder and quicker and will slow them down with decrep

Plus when fade from treachery processes on merc he becomes a tank with extra res and DR
