It's not that people blindly not following my "orders" (more like request). The deal is, they use my quotes 1) Without having asked me if it's okay, which indicates a lack of basic manners, and 2) As a way of mocking me, since it has only escalated since i first started asking that piece of shit worrywart ot remove his. He is the one having instigated all this by hiring his buttbuddies to do it too.
So if i was genuinely convinced that the quoting was done in a non-harmful way, or if the words was humoristical, insightful or any other positive demeanor, i would not have reacted. I think you as a Scorpio should understand this without any further explanation.

It's either me or the people mocking me with their signatures. I will never stop until they remove them, or they or me get perma suspended. I will never stop. Or, i guess, moderators sees sense and change the rules so that signatures become illegal to use without user's consent. Also, the slightest flaming or harrassment should be harsly dealt with immediately. It is waaaayyy too laxed the way it is now.
