You should probably have figured out by now but to clarify
If you and xtimus have reported thousands of posts and nobody has ever been warned for it
If nobody ever seems to agree with your opinions and ideas
If nobody but you thinks you're being treated unfairly
Maybe you should think about why nobody else thinks like you do. Maybe we're all wrong and you're smarter than us mere mortals.
Somehow, and forgive me for saying it, I doubt that's the case.
More likely, consider the possibility that you have a toxic personality that people were already inclined to disagree with even before they realized that you don't know what you're talking about.
