You got everything explained already. You won't get more than that.
Use GA in c/t in line you assume enemies will be, such as in team duels. You got no particular reason to move and search for them, just shoot GA.
Else from that, I like using multiple shot in duels such as ZvH, ZvN, and ZvA once I get a good distance, since I really want to kill their Oak, Master, Golem before they start locking me and sitting on me. If you're from MuRiCa, ignore this since you won't understand how offensive duels work.
