you mention "if" chilling armor is cast, and then go on to ban fort, so there wont be any chilling armor, so there's another rule you can take off the list.






reading isnt the problem. the question is how was some of these rules decided on non nonsensically (imo), and why put in rules that dont apply once you take out the sole items that cause some of the OS skills and ctc's.


this rules are older than most jsp users nowadays. also the rules are made to balance the duels a bit, thus such rules like 45% dr or 10% ow only. sure, they might look "stupid" and not "well thought out" to some1 who never played by this rules, but as some1 already statted here - the difference between ffa and aow bvb is huge!

Well AoW was a German-League in the past.
the site was AoW-pvp.com.
it got closed @ 2009 and played since 2002 I think

the funny thing is, that people discuss about the rules in here,
although this should only interest the people who want to play AoW-BvB & try to build a BvB.

what was and will posted here as "constructive criticism" is just the general hating or the disability to try things and then critisize them.

BvB had so much criticism over the Years, from people that don't even want to try it once, that it has become ridiculous

sorry but i don't want to discuss about stuff like this in here.
this is CLEARLY not the right spot.
I expect only comments to the ITEMGUIDE .. not the rules.

Well, i would say :
Aow means Art Of War, if we got restriction rules it's to make the duel harder,
Then, the winner have more chance to win due to his skill and not due to his items because most of them have equal stuff.
Think about it.

Eth upg skulders can also be usefull. 1sk high def selfrep.
But those are only important for cheaper barbs...

Rules are ok, evrything is ok..

You all can see that players from barb vs barb guilds already have done many tournaments and duels for a years,
so you can see its already tested..it must working well.. :)

I hope this will be sticked for the name of Diablo II game!

(if some one is running around not fight) it's only one way to wait for that guy (if have for example slow frw barb bulid and must trying catch eni one ? :) If some one is stupid will be try catch and ww at eni bulid but in few sek without mana can do nothing will be easy opponent to kill)
