You wont beat a decent block druid on barb anyway.

Using a lot of life leech/laek is a decent idea but a druid can just make up for that by using just 2 wolves after they've hit you.

Yeah, I agree to a degree,

However, in 2 respects I disagree.

Firstly, I believe barbs have highest peak potential, by that, I mean if they duel 100% perfectly they're unbeatable. This includes mb druids.
Obviously, peak potential on barb is rarely reached, but in concept, I believe it's valid.

Secondly, I have no intention of relying upon LL to win duels vs. my buddy.
It's more so I can zerk lock him around the moor, and when he gets me low, I can 1-2 ww his wolves and get life bubble back.

As far as relying upon LL vs druid, I'd make a complete troll barb to do that...
For example, fort/widow/dracs(lifetap w/ widow)/ebotd/51+LL/MAX DR (well maybe not nigma b/c I couldn't tele stomp zerk,) but you get the idea :P

Anyway, please continue to lmk thoughts, all have been helpful :)

Not if druid plays "perfectly" as well, or if hammerdin plays "perfectly" e.g., or trapsin or bvb? wat u do against bvb? he rapes the face!

Using proper dueling techniques, the barb will own any class just for the sheer fact of life/dmg/def/res/speed potential on a barb. I'm not saying that other classes that have the proper build can't beat or even 5-0 a barb, but I'm saying that a barb has the proper skills to use the most flexible selection of gear to address the most amount of differed opponents.

I don't think a Barb will "own" a mb druid, mb nec or mb trapper.
