Phoenix is great. All you have to do is know how to walk away after the proc, or just not wait for the proc at all w/ vsing smiters. If you don't want to use it vs anything, cool. I wouldn't recommend going against smiter purbrid on a t/v without one, though. After all that was it's main purpose if any of you actually did read the guide.



You just have a personal issue with thinking your hybrid zon can beat v/t and t/v's. It's become obvious with those obserd claims about BvB's being easy as shit and your agressive pms on wanting to duel me. "You're a smiter with holy shield, how is a BvB difficult when you block 75% and he cannot block your smiting?" "a decently geared smiter with a vita build should win this confrontation 3/4 times"

Something tells me you actually haven't played smiter at all, nor a barb, or are any good at either. I've already explained this to you, but, I can go ahead and do it again I suppose. A BvC even stands a decent chance against smiters, let alone a BvB whom has far more hit rating. You will see that this 75% block doesn't mean shit vs his 35k+ attack rating and ability to clip you without you even hitting, even with griefz. 50% more life, hits harder, hits more often, in all reality he will have the advantage. There's such a thing called strategy and knowing how to use your char as well. If you can't come up with any sort of realistic argument (such as ES sorc), I'm going to go ahead and discredit you until you can do so.

Well, if you think that a smiter/vt/tv/whatever got any chance against a hdin (which u are saying by giving it a 3-3.5/5 while it's a 5/5), there's nothing more to add.

ie; he is essentially basing this on pubs

Clearly basing this on pubs and that's sad because apparently pub BvBs kill his smiting paladin with ease







35k AR does not effect block rate
75% block is 75% block
Smite cannot be blocked and it wins melee in conjunction with life tap
