MDR/PDR overflow bug only works when both physical and elemental damage are present. If that is the case, any MDR that isn't used to reduce the elemental damage, is then added to PDR (or vice versa). If only physical damage is present, MDR doesn't do anything.

pvp factor : 340 physic
75%es : 85 physic
20 pdr : 65 physic
50% dr : 32 physic
Total damages : 32 -> death when at 1 hp (after poison and/or open wounds).

Natalya combo = 25 mdr + up to 469 defense + up to 100 bo-able mana (through str/dext) + extra cheap

ow/venom/zerking wont kill you. the ow and venom would only bring you to 1 life and zerking wont break the mana.
