Just pointing this out, not that it matters a lot for the actual guide, but I believe only 69%IAS is needed to get the 4 tick bp.
And item IAS =/= effective IAS, so saying that you need a weapon speed of -60 for fastest ww is false, as base weapon speed and item IAS don't combine like that.
For example if you check a phase blade (base WSM [-30]), it only needs an additional 4%IAS for 4 tick ww.
