its only really a problem on a hybrid cause its a combination of 65fcr, non-maxed mb, lower trap damage and not quite as hard hitting as a 320 using ghost.
102 is one of the perks of going maxed pure trapper, along with maxed mb, fb usage even at 1 point fb and some other stuff. ghosts profit more from a 65fcr build, personally I like them a more than 102 ghosts for chasing necs cause once you catch one with a 65fcr sin its like chop chop dead, 102 isn't quite as hard hitting.
you could say a 102 hybrid would be better at catching necs than a 65fcr hybrid, but for just about every other matchup I wouldn't want to use a 102fcr hybrid.. you lose out on so much of what makes hybrids strong vs all.

102 fcr is better when you need to hunt, aka vs all caster, and better to vs barb (65fcr = low stun, barb tele easily on you, and slow tele, harder to dodge ww)
