true, well partialy,... its all depending on the amount of +dmg you have on your gear+inventory,....
if you have a very high amount of + max dmg you could benefit more from a glegs cuz the the double dmg means more if you have more max dmg...
the dmg of the scepter would be a bit more solid though...
