as fdar as I know, the weapon speed bug only works for the 2nd weapon if you miss the initial attack with the first weapon so you will probably need 2 fast weapons or did I get something wrong and you included that?

I have not heard of that and have not seen any evidence of that phenomenon occurring, and have leveled at least 5 frenzy barbs past 89
what is clear is that a pb/cs speed bugged, looks slightly faster than pb/pb when decrepify curse is active, at least for the initial hits

e/ do you have any supporting evidence?

thanks for this, ill look into it more

it doesn't seem like they have tried to do much as far as fitting the data to any equations though
if i get really bored sometime i might throw some of it into polymath and see what sort of fit it gives (no a 5th order polynomial fit from excel wont do, that isnt useful)
