Here's my equipment, made in hero editor. I reach somewhere around 12k+ cs damage and 4.5k+ lightning fury, I think, and I have mb and max resists. I made this setup without thinking about it beforehand so it's a pretty bad combination of items but they're all perf, I have 1 crafted and 1 rare item.
I also reach the following ias bps:
cs ias: 50 --- 8 --- 3.12
lf ias: 52 --- 10 --- 2.5
And the fhr bp 32% --- 7

A couple of notes about this setup:
- imo CoH>enigma on a javazon. The fcr bps are terrible on a zon and you'll have to change your eq all the time if you want to reach some viable bp. CoH offers massive resists and some other useful mods, which imo is better than the useful ~40 str and 45frw of enigma (although the str bonus helps a lot if you decide to go with a monarch as your shield).
- DON'T go for max block if you're going to go with CoH. It's just not worth it if you're going to spend most of your time running anyway (in case you don't know, when you're running the mb suddenly turns into 25%ctb).
- If you do go for max block, don't put anything in the dodge/evade/avoid trio (even if you don't go for mb, you don't really need them).
- Don't use Stormshield if you're not going enigma+mb. Spending stat points for 156 str is too high a price to pay for that 35%dr which you won't really need anyway.
- Use silkweaves to solve your mana problems (I also have maek on the jewel in my shield but it's unnecessary - only do that if you don't have CtA). SoJ or a crafted/rare ring similar to my own is also a nice choice if you can afford it.
- I wasted some life to get the 32% fhr bp with charms (20+20+45+45 = 130). This is something that's really up to you to decide. You're not really going to need fhr that much but it's nice to have some.
- I know that Treachery has a lot of supporters as the better armor for the mercenary but I just don't like it. It's just matter of personal preference.
