which is why Trang's necros actually make extremely good corpse exploders

with trangs set, and another +2 non-class skills from bo/anni, necros get +58% fire damage from level 5 fire mastery (+79% with sojs/maras)
that applies to corpse explosion, so 50/50 fire/physical, after mastery/amp, can easily become 90/100 = 190% corpse HP

That may be true- but if you join a dueling game all the monsters will most likely be died and their bodies gone
But I can see it being great in PvM

Is the upping of blackbogs actually necessary? I thought the poison damage would come from the skills, not the actual dagger xD

I think I put a note in there that it barely does a thing. I mean, you already have the requirements for a fanged knife, so you don't *lose* anything.
But it will make a trivial difference, yes. But hey, at least its something >.>
