A couple of things:
1) You don't need 150% frw to desynch and you don't just suddenly start desynching at a certain amount of frw. If you ever joined your own mule game using with 2 characters from 2 separate computers and walked one of them around whilst watching on both screens you will see the disparity in where your character is on both screens. Every 6 or so seconds the client updates your position on the other screen so you can appear to 'teleport' around. If you have more frw you can traverse a greater distance between updates and so you appear to 'teleport' further which can make your movements harder to predict as long as you dont do things like run in a straight line for too long.
You can desynch at walking speed depending on how good or bad your connection is compared to the other client and when bnet just spazzes out generally because my ping is uneven at the best of times.
I never said you need 150 to desync. Unless you are claiming 0% frw is good enough to desync for your duels, then what I said is correct.

2) You can wear Stormshield with no investment in strength assuming you can get high str from a crafted ring and str on your ias/kb gloves.
My hybrid has no strength on gloves and a 20 str ring and needed 8 points in strength in order to carry a -15 req'ed stormshield and not be glitched. i.e. my bowazon does not leave multiple corpses because the +str from stormshield is not required to carry itself. -15 req'ed stormshield requires 133 strength to wear. Stormshield is great for the huge res and huge DR. Its cheap too which is nice considering pretty much everything else you have to wear costs a bomb. Great defensive shield.
ring: 25
gloves:15
travs: 10
shako: 2
torch: 20
anni: 20
base: 20
112
leaving 21 stat'd points into strength assuming you have perfect gear.
But the -15 jewel is a waste of a socket. It prevents you from wearing dol'd ss/jah'd ss/shael'd ss.
Not disputing the fact that ss is a great choice for zva, just claiming there are better choices.
