do i really have to add exact 10 points on lite res,cold res,fire res, to get the 5 max bonus::???.....or if my items get it to 10 i get bonus too??

Yes, no less than 10 hard points. And no passive bonus for items that give +skills.

1 question about the 10 points to resist light/fire/cold. Do u have to have the aura on to get the bonus to max light/fire/cold resist? or does adding the 10 points to them give you the bonus even with fanat on?

It is a passive bonus. So as long as your resistances are stacked, you get the bonus without using that resistance aura.
