i dont like it. nova sucks badly in pvp - vs every single char except summon necs.


MUCH better setup:

3/2/2 circ 2*shaeld - more fhr + more dmg (not for just 1 skill!) - u have enough -resi and need skills now. +dmg is a pathetic add for a light sorc ..

amu 2sorc/8fcr adds - or 2sorc/15fcr adds

infi scythe

viper shaeld

frosts - insane mana boost .. + mages in stash for 105fcr setup

2*soj

arach

mana boots (can have fhr if u want to go for the higher bp)


main attack: LIGHTNING (!) with 78fcr bp (117 is pointless with infi).

and with 105fcr setup ull use charged bolt 1k each bolt is much more than it sounds with infi!



bad things about nova skill:


need to be close to deal dmg - thats bad vs ALL meele AND sorc since it harder to get close .. so basicly the worst light skill for PVP

low dmg compared to lightning

cb is easier to get fast runners like some assas and bowas - more overthat is nice to cast and then let meele tele/run into where u stood while u cast lightning from outside


i have some more corrections but those are the main issues. i dont get why ppl keep making nova sorcs with infi and think that theyre any good in pvp

The helm, I agree, A such helm might be better then Griff but that's up to each player.
Sure, Frosties gives a lot of Mana, but I like speed, and the BP before 105, is too slow. Therefore, Mages.
1k Each bolt? Remember that this is a Nova/Lightning guide?! And even if you went with CB instead of Nova, I doubt that you'd hit 1k each CB with Infy and ES.

It's extremely easy to avoid CB's.
How is it easier to catch fast runners with CB? First of all, CB goes in one direction, Nova goes like a circle, You just need to be close to hit with Nova. If you use CB, you need to be close aswell as aim in the right direction.
And, you say that it's easier to catch fast characters with CB, I tried and I could run past my CB's. Nova also sets you in FHR Mode.
And you say that Nova has a low damage compared to Lightning, CB has even lower damage than Nova.

lightning is better to catch faster casters. and a about CB - i wrote how to play with it. u dont aim directly u make a whole field and lead the enemy into it. and thats very ez with meeles

Yeah, maxed TS might kill some characters.
Still, there's not enough skill points to put more points into it :/
Nova / Lightning is far more powerful than TS.
