Not a bad build at all.
Although I use quite different gear from yours on my smiter, I agree salvation is teh #1 pick against Meph.
A few suggestions though,
About MeditationTo me it seems a waste to max this. Drinking mana pots when burnt by Baal while fighting will suffice due
to the low mana cost of smite (2 mana points each hit). There's enough time to drink and at the same time
you'll keep your main aura (be it either fana or salva) active without having to resort to meditation.
A better way to invest those leftover skill points is
defiance which will greatly boost your defense
through synergising holy shield.
About Attack SpeedWith your gear selection you won't hit the max ias breakpoint for smite when using salvation against Meph.
This is not crucial of course, since you won't die anyway, it's just a slight disadvantage. If you supply with
some res charms in inventory, you may dispense with salvation altogether and go with fana vs Meph too.
Then you
will hit the max ias smite bp.
A simple calculation shows how much res you will need to keep max res going with fana aura against Meph.
Here it goes (assuming you wear Kira's) ...
Res Gain: 30 (3 x Anya q) + 85 (Kira) + 30 (Mara) + 100-120 (Sanctuary) + 20 (Anni) + anything else
275+
Hell penalty: -100
Conviction aura penalty: -125 (~ lvl 20)
To sum it up: (~ 275+) - 125 - 100 ~
50+Hence you will
at the very most need a few light/cold/fire res scs to maintain your resistances at maximum.
Notice that I didn't even count res on gloves or belt, nor did I count on fade to kick in on Last Wish (most likely
it
will kick in during battle). With your choice of gear then, salvation is not really required.
Just my words of advice.
