Hs barely adds any smite dmg anyway or block. Just some defense
Charge adds a fuck ton of dmg and even more attack rating

I agree with this, after trial and error I replaced holyshield and put the points into foh and holyshock am lvl 96(too lazy to 99)

This change didn't affect my smite or charge damage too much but boosted my foh about 2k.
