how do u duel vs. hdins? its hard to stomp them during a synch and charging them down can be dangerous. so far ive been chipping away with foh and trying to force them to stomp me but its hardly efficient.

other than playing def along walls, shift up or nl waiting...

great guide btw, followed most parts of this and telesmite is fun
