so overall would you say a jmod with x4 5/5's or 15/15's would be better?

You should be able to make up for the ias/res from the rest of your gear making 15/15's not required.

how about using bugbelt and non using fcr and eni just bugtall bered then u can use jmod all then time :)

could you pm your opinion about this setup with bb and bt ? what weapon and shield? thx!

no eni setup will make duels vs casters even harder, and some totally impossible

imo a javazon, even with unlimited founds budget, should always use eni

Enigma is a must and being able to chainlock is one of the most important tactics vs casters
