jab is also harder to hit with

bva is much harder than bvc for zon lol, bolt or no bolt

Nope

Very fast BvCers are way more dangerous
If they play like a good wind druid (tele in, ww very very briefly, tele away before missles can really hit)
They are far more difficult than shield barbs

It's the same idea behind why Vita based casters (if pro as fuck) are alot more dangerous in the end (even to an amazon) than MB characters

and BvCers are easy to hit with Inner Sight + Jab

this is kinda stupid argument because I know bvas are way harder but there's really no way to prove it over a forum

sure but what about those pro vita char players using block chars against ama? does that make them less dangerous then?

But weapon = damage, shield = no damage

damage > no damage

Alot more often than you'd think
Jab is uninterruptable and deals more damage during a ww pass than fury

It's called Lightning Bolt and it surpasses block %, use it
This will change your opinion quickly

yeah and then the barb equips tgods (even though not needed)

The general shield barb is better vs amazon than the general BvC
The general shield barb can easily catch and hit a general amazon
But the general shield barb will be lucky if he ever hits a pro amazon that actually knows what it is doing
The frames are not fast enough 1-handed for consequative hits to pressure a good amazon enough
It may take the Ama 3x as long to gun down the tank ass barb but it will be easy to do, it's just a matter of javelin quantity
At this point, when you've mastered avoiding tele/wws, it will take a BvC with (dual wiellding) to launch consequative strikes fast enough, to be able to hit you before you escape

You guys clearly aren't using Jab to succession either
Look, when a ww barb passes you, you Jab it
The Jab frames are faster than the shield barbs block frames
So the Jab always gets a couple free hits
This works the same way against trappers with claw block and even W/S trappers
And base your opinions of this off my amazon build, not etherael titan amazons
The Ethereal Cruel/Master's or if you have a back up set, Ethereal Cruel/Fool's
Makes it very easy to hit a BvC with Jab + Inner Sight
Although you want to avoid being caught in a ww, sometimes it happens
When it does, you use Jab, if you don't the Fury or Bolts will be hard pressed to even toss due to frame locking

If the barb goes so far out of his way to stat for a high defense build, then just use Fury/Bolts as usual

It isn't about the Light Damage you fool ass
It's abotu Open Wounds Proc
Light Bolt always hits, deals a bit of damage and continues proc'ing OW

tudey is correct

bva is FAR harder than bvc (I can't even stress this enough)

you will NOT win to a good bva, 10% chance at most
