PB isn't really needed (you should be able to duel BVCS without a max block setup)

what is c/i trapper or i/c trapping? and why not get claw block too 60%? Also is using sdancers really that good I dont see how you could get that stre to use them unless you have stre on your fcr ammy and both rings? I have a soul shanks i was planning on using 30frw/17stre/4dex/45%+fire/cold/light res.
