Thinking about going with a 65fcr setup with this gear

2/20/visionary circlet with maybe other mods
Maras
Chaos suwayyah
Fury/Fools RT or GT or FC
Trang gloves
Arach
10fcr ring/str/life/mana (any ideas on a more helpful ring)
1x raven
and not sure what I should use for boots, shadowdancers? I just don't like the high str needed

think this setup will work? any better ideas?

Quick question on the wsm bugging If I used Feral Claw + Suwayyah how much ias would I need on Feral and If I used RT or GT + Suwayyah how much ias would I need on the RT or GT?

Always try to use highlords. Maras is only used when you need res badly.

Dual ferals need 63 IAS total for 9FPA.



Setup works fine, but try not to strive for visionary. There are much better mods for a circ out there. Visionary is overrated. Also try your best to use highlords. Get 20/5 or 20/11 SCs to cover resist gaps.
Suwayyah/Feral = 42 IAS needed.
Suwayyah/Runic = 19 IAS needed.

would a chaos suwayyah + fools battle cestus (30%ias) + highlords give me a decent enough trap laying speed for duels?

Nop. Iirc you need 75% ias. You have 50%. "Decent" trap laying speed, most people consider that the trap laying speed must be 9 frames. Not sure what your "decent" is.



Anyway can anyone give me some input about how well this hyb(test)sin will turn out: The bolded ones I am having some doubts.

Do I need to have stacked up resist even with fade on (at pubbing)? Or always use stack gear vs specific opponents? (this will decide what resistance charms I'll need)

i recommend to use highlords + 1x fcr ring. I know this will make you spend some stats, but it is definitely worth it since it will open up sockets (that you would otherwise need for ias)
9x shadow skillers are usually used because they offer so much for a sin: weapon block, fade, venom, mastery, mindblast, master. However, if you feel that you would prefer to play more defensive or more with traps, it is alright to use some trap gcs (however i wouldnt use so many that it will greatly affect your char since shadows do give your sin more survival skills. It is a preference thing.
I personally do not stack much res since most priv duels dont require it. just carry some scs to be able to tank 2+ blizzes and maybe some light for the common foher (or cs zon or if you want to use BoS vs trappers in gm). overall stacked res isnt too important but I guess it depends on the circle of friends/people you duel with.

Does the ias from highlords go to the IAS needed for Suwayyah/Feral or would I need 50ias on the Feral? And for the Runic I would only need 1x shael right, to hit the bp?

Yes it counts. IAS needed for trap laying can come from anywhere except your offhand claw. Yes you only need 1 shael, or you can just use highlords.

or ias jewel helm instead of using weapon sockets <.<
much better idea if your claws need more ias.
