It's the best build for low es blizzers on realms where prebuff is bm. (Other than btal and/or bmana builds)

anyway we are talking about high es blizz there.

I'm just saying you can hit 2k/4k, not that you'd want to on a 95 es blizzer. It's a low es life/mana ratio.
