Conclusion:

After more testing. I have found that in the end, its up for grabs. Using this setup, I am able to keep 50% DR - 61% WB for 65% FCR and gain optimal damage and Attack Rating (compared to my other one), but reduced 48% DR when using gface. Another downside of this build is the difficult of getting those jewels.

So the difference between this and my current build (4x Shadows, 15x 32020s inventory. Ber (DR) + 40/15 in helm to keep 9 frames trap when 10% arach slowed):
Circlet Build: Better Overall (Life, Damage, AR)

Gface Build (for ghost v ghost or vs barb - where everything really matters)
Gain: 200+ Damage on Screen, 200-300 AR on screen chaos side (~6.1k with my build, ~6.3k with this one)
Loss: 2% DR (48%), 20 Life.

So which do you think is better?

Basically... The bottom 2 is better in every aspect EXCEPT where all the small stats really matter (2% less DR, 600-700less AR, less mindblast for stun) in ghost v ghost or anti barb mode. Like, I know that with the jewels, its obviously better for overall play, but minor stats like that wont make a huge diff for overall. Its in mirror matches that really matter. However, I'm not sure if its worth the overall benefits at the cost of AR and 2% DR etc.

Personally (if the res prob gets fixed somehow) I'd use setup #3 since it provides the best output at 65 fc and that's the bp which you use most of the time.
Just 2 probs:
- is 100 (mostly) phys. dmg equal to or better than 2% DR + 20 life ? (at gface setup / the 65 fc output is way better anyway)
- the VERY expensive jewels


Even if it turns out that the setups 2+3 are better, I'm pretty sure that only the HARDCORE sin players will invest that much for the jewels just to get the 100% perf build.
