Is the differences between situation A and B marginal or quite profound?

synergy points add 8% edmg
mastery points add 5% edmg and 8% ar

if you have a torch/anni/highlords/battle command, you have a decent +skills base
remember +skills do not add synergy bonuses

I personally only put 1 point into mastery, max other synergies, and remaining points go into berserk

ar isn't really an issue, i use ITD weapons or battle cry vs bosses

MajinKaisa,

With the 1 point mastery build, I am just curious what total Attack Rating your character has (with and without merc if using blessed aim).

off the top of my head, i think it is somewhere around 6-7k AR
might merc, nn blessed aim

if you need extra AR, there are charms/rings/ammys that can boost it, but i don't need any more for normal pvm

Nice Guide! I used this for my Barb and he just pwns in PvM. Just one point in masteries, and enough points to hit the 50% point of diminishing returns in find items and he doubles as a barb that can rush/solo anything in hell and is a decent gold finder as well:

For GF, I just equip:

2x Grief PB
CoT
Maras(for resists)
Wealth
2x Dwarf Star
Chance Guards
Inferno Strides or better(max fire resist is nice though)
Gheeds

On Switch (Ali Baba and Pierce Heart for find items)

This nets me about 300-500K gold per run with full resists (85 Fire resists) in Hell Travi runs and I get some nice charms/uniques as well. The council goes down like butta...no merc needed.
Just a thought for those wanting to make a Frenzy AND a GF barb.

I used very similar setup for goldfinding
but I keep on my highlords (only need lit resists really, fire is covered just fine), and gore riders, as well as 2k ali baba's, and i get 2 to 5 *10^5 gold per run in solo games, and up to about 1*10^6 in full

I have a question.

If i take grief ba -25 psn + botd ba and i take some psn sc so my dommage is very important ?
