Man, this barely qualifies as a "guide." You'd have to be a fool if you couldn't figure out how to equip a CoA to get DR on your necro. Thats basically all he tells you how to do besides what hotkeys to use. He's clearly a BM character as it is seeing he has Iron Maiden, Amp and Vives Hotkeyed. Block necro don't even need to use curses or summons to kill melees. I still find it hard to believe that he's so good he never gets hit by bows or melees. As vita necro you simply cannot afford to be hit. As block necro, you can take it and dish it back. All I'm saying is beginning necros should seriously consider going MB because its virtually impossible to avoid getting hit every time. It might be fine for 1v1 duels, but in pubs theres **** flying everywhere, its a free-for-all. Your little nec with no block just won't cut it. Anyways, I'm done bumping this "guide." Make if you want but you better be sure you got real quick fingers and a perfect connection cause the margin for error is very slim... VERY slim.

Dueling him, I know he's very good at avoiding melee. Honestly, it's not that hard to do so if you play a Necro long enough. If you base your experience on using a Nec on a pub, you are a pub.

What did you duel him 1v1? A Nec is an awesome character 1v1. I'm talking about when everyone is host each other. There are stray arrows, tele'ing barbs, charging pallys, **** flying everywhere. You can't tell me you're so good you can avoid everything at all times. So you duel him 1v1 and he didnt' use any bm tactic vs. you??

Yes to the duel. No to the BM. Just typical GvN. Very good at avoiding Dclaw chainlocks. Necs are also good pubs and rarely get hit with them around. It's still not very hard to dodge melee / arrows / desync Paladins as long as you can read them. It comes with the experience.

You are wrong. I had similar aproach to the case as you do, but godz opened my eyes and he does have a point. Ive checked it myself and Im a pub player. This guide is suitable for pubs and after tips he gaved me I realised I was totaly blind going mb even for pubs.

Well, how do you explain the hotkeys on Amp, IM, and Vive?? You realize those are all BM skills that no one will respect you for right?

I personally think Iron Maiden is a waste of a skill point. As for Amp? BM? It's the curse of choice for any competitive Tpk. Revives aren't mannered, yes, but you don't have to use them if you don't want to.

Well his guide was titled PK Nec for player killing purpouses however : amp wont work for bs and spear if thats what you mean, yeah he have vievs but from white and its not his main setup.
Its personal choice how you play I can respect even a viever as long he doesent use hax, but atm I didnt had to use vievs to shield myself from melees without having a block.
As for ama you can simply tank her with golem and mass bp as long u do it fast and take a way wich you wont take much GA's on your face.
Even with max block build with tanking you get hits plus your FCR is slower, damage lower due to use of storm. Think about it. Im currently testing his philosophy and it works fine.
Try to work on your skills and after time you will come to the same conclusion.


Well when you go PnB tree first and you got maxed BS and its synergies you are done at 91 and after wich u can plce ur skillpoints whenever you want. Im 92 right now and I went golem, at 93 Ill go golem mastery and if I plan to go 99 I can skill AMP (94), Weaken(95), terror (96), Iron Maiden (97) and decreep (98) so yea when you start from curses it is a waste, but after you finished with PnB tree you will have free skill points to distribute them after you hit 99 and it wont be a loss to put them there.

Iron Maiden is BM - so fucking what. When you go pubs its a war out there either you rape them or you get raped. GMness is not in pubs maybe your realm is well manered, but who tells you to bind those hotkeys with viev, amp and so ? You can do whatever you want - matter of preferences.

You should really pick up mastery earlier.
