No need to go hybrid for 2.4 as a bowa to run things the quickest. Pure bowa spec is totally viable even for the boss.

Strictly for PvM:

Telebowa>>>>>Runner 100% as usual.
Shadow/Diamond/Mat>>>>>>GMB 100% as usual.

It's 2022. Let's not run around with expensive FRW charms and Fort or fancy 60/160 Armors.

No other spec is faster than Telebowa.

Stats: Str for Gear. Vitality for +700. Full Dex after.
Skills: Max GA, Multi, Crit, Penetrate. 1 on each Passive.
Gears: Shadow/Diamond/Mat, Enigma, 20FCR/3OS (3x1515 or 3x1540), 2/18FCR Ammy for P1 ATMA for P8, WT, Razor, LoH, FCR Dual Leech Ring, Raven.
Charms: Maiming (I sold my set so using usual Telebowa Max/AR/Life set), 4 5FHR/3Max SC.
Merc: Pride for P1, Eth Reapers for P8, Eth Fort or CoH, Eth Andy

Then the leftover points are free to use.

Shadow/Diamond are the best since you can run Atma+Razor. Mat Faith is a very close behind those two. This is strictly for PvM.

GMB can't use Atma+Razor as a telebowa. GMB Faith is great for flipping for FG, that's it.

Mancatcher is not good for hybrid telebowa spec. Definitely better to have spirit on swap for quicker and safer teleport.

For Mat faith hybrid, tstroke.

For shadow faith hybrid, 4/30 or 440 rare. Since you can get to 95ias bp

For the mat faith hybrid I’m only getting 50 ias from helm and gloves, not quite hitting 95 ias then with 40 ias javelins. I guess I still need 5% more somewhere. If I do 45 ias helm then I might as well use a shadow bow for more damage right?
