Boots have 24% fhr
Boots with 24fhr? HAHA! good one. Pre 1.09 boots could have 20 fhr, nothing more. Post s/s if you got 24 fhr boots and I will eat my words.
Sc's have 5% frw and with the use of catseye you have more than 140%
Sc's 5 frw = NL only

Not sure wtf your talking about, I just checked my zon and I have more then 90+ stacked res in hell.
Could be true, with "your" build, up to 120% stack light res are possible with 100% perfect gear, 90 after anya bug.

Go troll somewhere else.
