yes. pb is -30 base weapon speed. this is necessary for fade.

yes.
when you use fade you can't use bos.
you need to have fastest trap speed either way.
the reason spirit pb is used is because -30 base weapon speed hits the ias bp without bos when you have 42+ ias on gear.
if you plan to use bos and forgo fade then you might as well use hoto which is a much better weapon for a bos build.

You're going to need a lot of dex for a max block build anyways, so using a PB shouldn't be a problem.

Be careful if you use a bos hoto build, make sure you still hit 9 frame with arachs slow.

HotO has +10 Dexterity, clearly better for Max Block har har.
