if you using these terms, then they have to be relative to the original amount,

Relative to the original # AFTER dr% is applied to the equation... with 0% the # stays 1000... With 50% it changes to 500. So it is possible to be 500 vs 1000.

The words were if you have 50 DR you take triple damage when amped

you guys just cant think logically, the whole point in saying double the damage with amplify, is based on the original amount of damage dished out

so what sense does it make to apply that to the reduced amount of damage after dr? there NO SENSE TO IT,

you have to speak RELATIVE to the original amount, what youre talking about is just moot, theres no purpose, its birdcage liner,
